I just found your blog while reading "Lindsay another prior fat girl" and your blog is so cute! It's very refreshing to find someone who is on the same journey as I am! WOO HOO for healthy Weight Loss!
I am starting Jillian's 30 day shred on Monday but I am following her 30 day slim down program off of exercise tv (you can print the schedule there). In addition to shreds 1, 2, and 3 it incorporates her Burn fat Boost Metabolism nad No more Trouble Zones workouts. All of these workouts are on exercisetv.tv I think but I access them on exercise tv on demand. I have to say that she is a ball buster but she is a lot nicer in her videos than on the biggest loser :-). I also have her Frontside and Backside for begginers which have been great for my first month of exercise.
Hello and welcome to my blog! We all know losing weight is a battle. What some of us don't know is that the battle can be won! Here I will chat about my daily experiences as I fight to win the favor of the scale.
